  1. Lost count on how may I,ve had to exchanged

    • Pros: Nicedesign and finish fingerprint proof
    • Cons: expensive rubbish

    I have lost count on how many of these kettles I have bought and returned or binned as the warrenty has just run out. I think it may be 6? most of them leaked within the first year or just after the year. Our first purchase the on switch would not stay down and our more recent one leaked and the ring snaped of the lid.

    I have had this kettle for only 18 months and it has now started to leak really badly.
    I'm very disappointed, as I have also got the matching toaster.

    Quite an expensive kettle.. bought from Argos for just under £60 and after 6 months use started to leak out the bottom... thought i had a dodgy one but after seeing someone elses leaks too I now wonder if it's a design fault! shame as have matching toaster (also not cheap!) Read Full Review »

  4. Delonghi kettle

    • Pros: Good colour and style
    • Cons: Overall design and build quality

    Attractive kettle which boils fast. However, the kettle is very heavy, noisy (like a space shuttle on take off) and difficult to clean. It was a thoughtful gift but in my opinion was far too expensive and after three years of normal use it has now started to leak. I am not unhappy at the prospect of replacing it. Read Full Review »
