2 out of 2 people found this review helpfulBought the £140 machine end of January 2007; we had nice coffee for a couple of months, then no more. It now drips water from every where but the coffee pod. My wife has got electrocuted by switching it off (to stop the dripping).

How do I hate thee, let me count the ways...
1) The coffee holder has a flimsy plastic handle & needs to be located quite firmly onto the underside of the machine; however, this requires applying some sideways force. I broke one handle & cracked a second whilst doing this!

Great looking machine that can be adapted to use the 44mm pods.
The frother nozzle is plastic and should not be removed to be cleaned, or the thread soon goes and can no longer be used ( I made this mistake and needed to order a replacement).
