I bought this machine at £363 including delivery from Digital-Point. They delivered next day.

Is it very quiet even when spinning, turns itself off at the end of a cycle, saves energy at 30 wash, allows hot fill as well as cold, huge drum size 8kg for duvet. High tech machine with Direct Drive.

Terrible Washing machine

- Pros: It washes clothes (sometimes)
- Cons: Very noisy - walks across the room - often unbalanced drum.
Within 3 days of getting this machine it got an error saying the drum was unbalanced.

The patronising engineer told my wife that she needed to be careful what sort of loads she put in it! It only had a duvet cover and sheet in - that should hardly pose a problem. It's also a washing machine, it should cope with whatever we throw at it.

Tarnished experience

- Pros: Big drum so save on running costs
- Cons: No spin program when load is unbalanced
Overall, this silver machine lasted for 5 months before failing. It was eventually written off under warranty after a month waiting for parts from LG. Its replacement will not be an LG.
