The worst machine ever. It takes 2 hours to dry even a very small load. The timer on the dryer doesn't work properly. It's noisy. Its vibrates way too much and walks out the kitchen! It continually breaks down. A huge waste of money, I only wish I hyad read some reviews before I bought it! But I went for the name....and I definatly wont be buying a hotpoint again! This machine was installed in our re-furbished holiday cottage as a convenience for our guests. It has proved to be the exact opposite. The first guests to use it could not open the door at the end of the wash cycle. Since then we have had numerous calls from clients who could not make it work. Totally useless machine, replaced an old Ariston that really did go on and on. Sadly this one won't as it is almost fit for the bin and is only 1 year old.

Worst machine I've ever had, noisy and moves about a lot, Had 1st mach delivered 11th July, then after 11 call outs, another one on 26th October, this one seems a little better,as I've only had 3 call outs in 6 months! when the warrenty expires on this one, I shall buy another machine, this is a big heap of junk, fed up with it and fed up with my son having to wear clothes that are dirty a... Have had this product for 16 months and dryer isn't working. Tumbles OK but no air seems to be getting in. Also machine is very unstable - "walks about" when on a spin cycle.
Having read other reviews, I don't think I'll bother having it repaired - I'll get another machine, though obviously not a Hotpoint!
