Buy something with an accessible filter!

- Pros: Quiet
- Cons: Frequently faulty, slow when working
This is my first experience of a combined washer dryer, and I'd recommend that if you have a choice avoid them because they take so long to complete a wash/dry cycle.

In addition, this particular model has had many faults - which are usually linked back to a build up in the filter which is completely inaccessable by the customer! Why have a filter if you cannot clean it???

- Pros: Worked well at begining, was super silent
- Cons: Didn't take long for it to become noisy and start having problems
Was offered this from Hotpoint as our previous model was beyond economical repair about 2 weeks out of warrenty (after many engineer visits during warrenty period). All started well but didn't take long for faults to start developing, circuit board fire, constant internal leaking, noisy after 3 months. Would suggest you avoid. This is basically the worst washer/dryer I have come across. We have had nothing but trouble from the beginning. Must have had at least 15 visits from engineer but Hotpoint would not replace the machine. The heating element has been replaced three times, leaks continuously, concrete weight blocks came away from the drum. You name it, it went wrong. After 2 and a half years of complete aggro we are... i very rarely give a product a bad review, but in the case of this model i must warn potential buyers of my own personal experience, this machine does look good, and is easy to opperate, and is certainly quiet, but the problems for us started with the drying part of th e machine, our machine is only used occasionally for drying,as washing is always dried outside unless impossible due to weather co... Super Silent W/D

- Pros: Silent, Time Remaining count-down, delay timer
- Cons: Not on wheels, cold fill only (is this a problem?) longer wash cycle
I've had this w/d less than a week so I may well have to amend this review at a later date, but if you're thinking of buying a washer/dryer - you could do worse. It is a very quiet machine, the final spin cycle is the noisiest, but otherwise you could be forgiven for thinking that its not working.
