Poor Washer Dryer and very poor customer service

- Pros: Cheap
- Cons: Poor quality and service
I bought this in June 2006 and in the past 15 months it has broken down 5 times, mainly around the fan. Each time I have had to deal with really shocking customer service staff who refuse to even acknowledge that there is a serious problem with the machine. bad, bad experience

- Pros: brilliant when it works
- Cons: broke down with multiple failures
this machine worked brilliantly for the first month and then its motor broke down and so did its main 'motherboard'. The service is terrible because it took 2 engineer visits to fully diagnose the problem and now we are now waiting for them to call us because they just dont have the required part in stock. - Pros: Was good when it worked but temprermental, then broke
- Cons: Bad customer services and unreliable machine
The door sometimes would not open so had to keep turning it on & off till it would, it wouldn't always spin properly, took hours & hours to dry a very small load & smelt funny if you took it out before it was fully dry, the programme finally went on it which after having very bad customer services experiences I called out someone and it would have cost me £200+vat. - Pros: Nice looking machine
- Cons: Unreliable
We have not used the drying facillity so cannot comment, but we have had a problem with the on/off switch within a couple of months of having the machine. The problem was that it only happened intermittently and always came on eventually so never called out an engineer. After 17 months (when guarantee had expired) packed up completely. - Pros: easy to use
- Cons: creases creases creases!!!!
cant fault this brand new machine machine
except it causes CREASES!!! even in my expensive non-iron linen and clothes it installs permanent creases
increased my ironing time by more than double and still can see the creases
