- Pros: none
- Cons: broke down within seconds, dryer does not work, small drum, noisy
Haha - saw the other reviews and had strange feeling of deja vu!
When the engineer came out, we were told that sadly he didn't bring the spare part as he had run out of them since all the other machines he had seen that day had the same problem!!
Dryer has never worked either!
As we got this included in new barratts home, we think they must get a job lot of them for no money, which might ...

- Pros: None
- Cons: All you can think of!
Same story as two other reviewers - the machine came with my new build (by Barratts) apartment. Like an idiot I had given my old, but perfectly functioning, washing machine to my son "because I was getting a brand new one". I've been here for only a month, and been able to use the machine for only about 10 days of that period. First the "board" blew, and tripped my electric...

- Pros: Generally, None!
- Cons: All you can think of!
I have just moved into a new build property which comes with this machine. I've been here for 2 months, used the machine 4 times and the machine has broken down TWICE!
1. Whirlpool state on their T&C's that they aim to do repairs in 2 working days. The first breakdown,(withing the 1st week) took 4 weeks for them to finally come round and this was after I gave up and had to get Barratt ho...

- Pros: Generally an OK machine
- Cons: Slow spin speed, a bit expensive
I've read the other reviews and was suprised. I've had the machine for 3 years now replacing another Whirlpool one which we had for about 10 years and had no real problems. The only one being a cloth handkerchief in the drum and needed removed.
It's spin speed is only 1000 but it's OK and it's a bit expensive alothough not so bad when compared to other Washer/Dryers.
Generall...

Whirlpool AWZ 410
By gerard quinn (21/05/2006)
- Pros: none except the colour of the machine which is white
- Cons: it dumps water all over the floor when you least expect it
This was a replacement machine for the model before which also dumped water all over the floor every few weeks. At times you wondered if the tide was in or out as you approached the kitchen. The drawer was impossible to take out for cleaning and it dosen't have a short cycle wash. Apart from this it's a great machine !
