Whirlpool AWO/D 4505 -

I have only had this machine for a couple of days and have yet to work out how to get to the filter. The bits of paper that I received with it are apparently the manual (I know because I got onto Whirlpool who emailed me the same information). I also asked which cycles the anticrease works on, they told me that only tumble driers have anticrease, funny as the machine has an LED on the washing cycle showing anticrease. They do not know their machines, have no proper manual and the 30 minute wash take 40 minutes. Regret purchasing it already!
