Dryer failed twice from 2006

Pros: washes well, but dryer keeps breaking down.
Cons: Dryer broken down twice within 3 months

Broke down first time, engineer sent tested it, said nothing wrong with it, but decided he will change the thermostat and heating unit.

After afew months broken down and engineer changed heating unit and element.

Broken down again and engineer coming next week.

Miele says they cann't change the machine because not bought directly from them, as much as it was bought from a Miele dealer.
