Miele WT2670

Mine broke down in second week of purchase - needing a new "brain" they said. It then manage to trip its heater 2 months later and the drier fail. Engineer said this was due to me overloading it. Turns out you can only dry 2.5 kg of clothes. What is the point of that ??? its half a load. He then charged me £100 DESPITE the 5 year guarentee saying it was my fault. For a £1,000 this machine is a rip off.
