Miele WT 2670 WPM - a sexy piece of laundry kit!

Pros: So quiet, efficient and multifunctional - and lovely to look at...
Cons: You must read the handbook carefully to get the best peformance...

Having studied the book carefully (not something I enjoy so I was pleased it was simplisticly worded) I managed to install and operate it within an hour of delivery. Sooo quiet, it really justs hums politely on wash and sighs gently on dryer. The wash functions work well, succesfully cleaning some pretty dire items that my old machine had failed on. The dryer leaves most clothes immaculate and most don't even need ironing. Love the fact that if I don't go empty it for hours (or even days) after either wash or dry, it will just keep gently moving the load around to prevent creasing. And the light in the drum is so useful in my gloomy utility room - no more socks left lurking at the back! I'll come back in a few months (and hopefully years!) with a report on it's staying power, but so far, I love it (and I usually hate all things domestic)...
