ive had 3 CDA auto washing machines over 4 years..they are rubbish totally, they have cost me to repair/replace more than a decent holiday in the sun would have. My CDA oven and dishwasher have also been the same- total rubbish.
CDA customer services have told me that i was negligent, and actually broke my last washing machine myself, due to me putting a coin into the drum (like i would!) this washer has lasted a month. Im taking CDA to court over this, and would never recommend any of their products.
Why the hell i let my kitchen fitter persuade me to try CDA ive no idea...i think he must be on 50% comission!!
Now im left skint after all the repair costs, peniless, without a washing machine, and so stressed.
CDA have offered to replace my 'faulty' machine..but i have to buy it from them. theyve offered me 20% discount.. Whats a guarantee for???
To be honest id never ever buy any CDA appliance again, ever.
theyre uneconomic, flimsy, unreliable, and CDA have terrible customer service skills- ive been spoken to like c**p by them.
stressed now :(
