Don't buy Indesit machines

  • Cons: Breaks down

I bought a WI101 19 months ago. It has now broken and only Indesit will repair it because the circuit board has burned out. Indesit will charge £70 call out plus parts OR you can pay £15 a month for an extended warranty - which is nearly the cost of the machine again over one year.
During the 19 months the rubber seal around the door has torn away and blocked the filter and the drum has come loose and had to be repaired by an engineer.
I wish I had rented one for £3 a week instead.
