New machine nightmare

  • Pros: Seemd to give me what I wanted at a good price
  • Cons: Broke down half way through the first wash

As mentioned the machine broke down halfway through the first wash, leaving the machine full of dirty water. Hotpoint were particularly unhelpful, offering a replacement or repair up to a week later. No good for me when I have no washing machine. In addition they refused to cover any costs I incurred by having to use the laundrette.
