Useless piece of junk

Pros: Easy to use, nice colour
Cons: Rips clothes, doesn't dry clothes, Hotpoint are useless

Totally useless machine, replaced an old Ariston that really did go on and on. Sadly this one won't as it is almost fit for the bin and is only 1 year old.

Ripped clothes from day one, Hotpoint 'customer service' is laughable and rude, they cocked up the repair job booking and because I called them 1 DAY after the warranty expired to chase them up I had to pay for callout despite it being their mistake!

Does not dry clothes - makes them hot and shrunk but not dry - and the repairman seemed to think Hotpoint was a load of cr*p too. Indesit and Hotpoint are one and the same, be warned, don't buy anything from them, it will cost you!
