Very disappointing

  • Cons: Clothes not cleaned

Having been an owner of Hotpoint products before, I was expecting a good experience. The machine has been a disaster. Clothes have been coming out with dry patches and detergent marks. Called out Hotpoint technician who said that's the way they are. Simply don't use enough water to get the job done. You'll find ours on Ebay shortly.
