Very poor reliability

Pros: Good selection of programmes, good powerful spin.
Cons: Broken within 5 months

Initially I was very impressed, some quick programmes as well as some AA rated slower ones. Drier was never the best as the sensors would sometimes dry to excess. However after 5 months some of the wash programmes don't work and the drier doesn't work at all. I have had 2 visits from engineers, the first telling me there was no problem (the diagnostic says no) then the second telling me there is a problem and he will need to order a part that he thinks will clear it. No date for this as yet and so still no definite end in sight, please look at other machines...
