This model is very cheap in quality the front panel was hanging off on delivery we managed to push it back in but then a week into it the control knob broke the silver in the middle fell out and snapped,the drum is huge but the 40degrees normal cotton wash takes over 2 hours,if you chose a quick was(40 mins) your clothes come out soaking wet as the spin is slower on these washes.
I used the dryer for 2 towels after 1 and a half hours they were still very damp, I am very dissapointed with this model,I rang empire direct where I got it from and they were really good about it all and offered me to choose another model,which I did but that was out of stock so they agreed to refund.
I would not buy another washer/dryer I was warned they are no good but you have to live and learn lol.
I have now done my research and gone for the Hotpoint Aqualtis A+ washing machine which has superb reviews,it comes next week so will keep you Informed on this product,fingers crossed.
