i bought this washer and i now have to buy a new one although i only bought it 2 years ago well almost,the drum seemed to make an awful racket say about 5 months after i bought it,i thought it was about to explode it was soo noisy, i had it repaired which was a whole new drum as it had dropped,moved whatever knackered is knackered ayt the end of the day ,so now i have been looking at buying a new ...

Bought this machine with a five year extended warranty from Currys. Started to go wrong after about twelve months machine wouldn't complete cycle or clicked through cycle without washing. Three years later , nine repairs in total, has had three control panels new wiring loom, new motor, new element been told by coverplan that the total repair bill was approx £2000. They have finally written it...

- Cons: not consistent
I bought this machine eight weeks ago and it started to play up. Clothes were left soaking wet after cycle had finished and at one point foam poured out soap dispenser. Man came out, nothing found. Week later after another complaint man said it was due to the load not being dispersed evenly in the drum, which this machine is meant to do automatically. - Cons: broken within 2 years
Dont bother with this awful piece of machinery. I had this produce under 2 years and its now broken. I now know why its so cheap because it doesnt last and i think beko hope that because it was so cheap, its worth buying another one for a similar price, rather than an expensive one. Dont bother

- Pros: It's cheap...
- Cons: Mine has conked out after just over 2 years :-(
What can I say?
Well, this seemed like a good deal when I bought it, I wanted an environmentally-friendly machine.
It first died after an couple of months, a repair man had to replace the program dial as it had got stuck...
Have had a few instances of it not draining and allowing me to open the door, flooding the kitchen!
