Poor Quality, Worse customer service!

Bought this Washer Dryer and it turned up with a broken lid which was replaced by engineer (but had to wait home). 2 months later it broke down and called engineer who advised that 6 new parts needed! Without washing machine for 2 1/2 weeks and AEG not intersted in a replacement product in fact they didn't even return my calls and, oh yes, the lid is broken again. Do not buy this product and do not use this company!
