Pros: Very easy to use, works well
Cons: poor quality

This machine is very easy to use and is effective at cleaning, the amount of dirt in the waste tank has to be seen to be beleived! The upholstery tool is also easy to use but is less effective as it only cleans the surface, and if your spilt drink or whatever has soaked in then it will remain in the padding. The biggest problem with this machine is its quality, I used it half a dozen times then, when it was just out of warranty, it blew all the fuses. It needs a new pump and repairs are not economical. Cheap Chinese rubbish
