You have to assemble the vacuum cleaner yourself. It comes in several parts. The instructions are very unclear.

The flex is very low down so you cannot just unravel it as you need it. You have to bend down to do it so need to judge how much you need before you start vacuuming or keep stopping.

The pick up is not good either
