Polti Vaporetto 2400

Pros: Brilliant customer service as well as excellent machine!
Cons: Compartment to hold flex underneath does not have capacity for plug

This is the best household machine I have ever had. Effective and quick. It is brilliant for ironing as well as cleaning. Hard floors really quick to clean (I don't have steam on for new wood floors, just run damp cloth-covered tool over with occasional burst of steam for soiled area) Sinks and toilets are always hygienic and clean.

Extra benefits - refresh clothing after storage or use, creases drop out of folded garments, sanitises bedding after illness. House always feels fresh and clean.

The best of all is the customer service. I had a slight problem with my machine, Deals4u responded to my email within half an hour and Polti sorted the problem immediately. No fuss, no hassle. Best customer service I have ever had.

I would not be without my Polti, Get one!!
