    • Cons: need to buy bags

    Much better than previous telescopic dyson - better suction, lighter, quieter and cheaper! The only problem was that the catch broke, but we were able to fix this. Read Full Review »

    • Pros: Good cleaner
    • Cons: Poor service from Electric shop

    The vacuum finally arrived after 6 weeks. During which time we had phoned the Electric Shop who had agreed to send us a refund. The representative we spoke to was totally disinterested - sounded as if he was passing through for the day and was there just to make the tea. Didn't know the first thing about customer care.
