- Pros: Great until the warranty runs out ;-)
- Cons: Poor quality
I purchased this vacuum after reading favorable reviews. Thinking that spending top price to get a machine that will last was fine. We have had it for 3 years of relatively light use and it now has stopped functioning (motor burn out?). For the price I would expect at least 10 years service, I might as well have bought a cheaper machine to begin with. Read Full Review »

- Pros: great til you change the bag
- Cons: doesn't work
bought this after reading excellent reviews, my advice don't waste your money. Bought it last Feb, back to the manufacturer in Aug, had to pay £100 cos I used paper bag (didnt know it couldn't cope with that). Have used material bags since, but binned machine yesterday as motor burnt out again. My last vacuum lasted me years and years so am not especially hard on them. This machine has...
