don't even bother!

Pros: style and colours
Cons: everything else

the engine has just caught fire on mine, and let's put it this way, i will not buy HOOVER ever again. this was actually the second one, after my original purchase was replaced following numerous problems with the wheels, filters etc. aftersale service is a nightmare, so i'm now looking for best vacuum around!
