I was so surprised with this, I mean Hoover were the market leaders (then again that was in the last century !)
This Hoover is useless, in fact its less than useless because it takes up space.
The attachments have no securing clips, merely a snug fit, the idea that you have a hepa filter only to empty the collection box and get dust and rubbish all over your hands kind of defeats the object. In fact this Hoover defeats the object. If you want to waste money and get frustrated cleaning up, buy one ! It couldnt even suck up a paper clip ! I miss my Miele. you pay for what you get, I reckon if you put £60 in £5 notes it wouldnt even be able to suck that up ! I only gave it 1 star because there is no function to give it zero.
