    • Cons: Poor value for money, unreliable, cumbersome, uses a lot of cleaner.

    I wish I had read more reviews before wasting my money on such a flimsy, poorly designed machine. It is difficult to unwind the cable without first unwinding the tool hose. The clip that holds the tool hose broke off with the slightest knock against the door. The lever that switches over from floor to tools has a plastic shaft about 5mm diameter.
