Bissell lift off

Pros: very easy yo use exp on stairs
Cons: cannot get the replacement parts when needed

lovely and easy to use. BUT when i needed a belt could not buy one in the shops and had to order it from a agent by phone costing me for postage also. after 4 monthes of waiting phone and complained to bissell they were very good and sent me a belt free of charge. I am now having the same promblem with a filter.
