    • Pros: very easy yo use exp on stairs
    • Cons: cannot get the replacement parts when needed

    lovely and easy to use. BUT when i needed a belt could not buy one in the shops and had to order it from a agent by phone costing me for postage also. after 4 monthes of waiting phone and complained to bissell they were very good and sent me a belt free of charge. I am now having the same promblem with a filter. Read Full Review »

    • Pros: just about everything
    • Cons: slightly heavy

    Bought a vax ultralite(friend to me it was the biz) what a mistake lasted about 10 days and the belt snapped, returned. Never had a Bissel before but like the look and the convienence of the unit spitting in two. Was not disapointed this unit is really powerful and with the brushes on almost pulls you along the floor.     • Cons: could do with being a little lighter in weight

    we purchased a Electolux Cleaner in Jan 2005 what a load rubbish, in an endeavour to not make the same mistake we tried a high number of vacuum cleaners. we selected the Bissell 3750
