Not worth its money

we brought this product a year and 2 months ago, and the tank where the water goes the pipe does not go into the tank hence we have to keep tipping the water into bucket, and the washing does not dry properly and to top it all of, saturday the 16th april 2006 we thought the fuse in the plug had gone, but sunday when we looked it transpires the machine has completley broke, why did we not go for the extra warranty, is because we have been stung this way before, so now we have to either pay for someone to come out or go buy another one, which is not what we need right now.
