    Bad after sales service

    • Pros: Cheap. Large capacity.
    • Cons: Machine completely broken within 6 weeks.

    Dryer ground to a halt within 6 weeks of purchase. The engineer said the item had been dropped prior to delivery and was damaged on it's left side. The dryer would not work as the drum had sheared off completely! He telephoned the manufacturer, in our presence, to point out the extreme damage and requested a replacement - Indesit refused.     we brought this product a year and 2 months ago, and the tank where the water goes the pipe does not go into the tank hence we have to keep tipping the water into bucket, and the washing does not dry properly and to top it all of, saturday the 16th april 2006 we thought the fuse in the plug had gone, but sunday when we looked it transpires the machine has completley broke, why did we not go for th...
