Hotpoint

  • Pros: reasonable price, looks nice
  • Cons: Qaulity and after care service is abysmal to down right rude

Oven became faulty with in two days of being installed locked its self down with and error message and is unsuable this was just before christmas. Service engineer came out looked at it said he knew nothing about microwaves phoned service centere and it was agreed to replace unit some thing about faulty cards etc. 4 weeks later still no replacement, phone up service centre to be told no replacemtn available as none in stock asked for an alternative was offered nothing. basicly told it will take as long as it takes. just fitted a new kitchen and filled it with matching hotpoint built in appliances i am feeling realy sorry now. feel really frustrated. You have been warned stay away from hotpoint appliances
