unable to use product

when delivered the small plastic pieces holding 2 of the runners for the drawers were broken. Having contacted the store several times the best Bosch could come up with was that an engineer from them would turn up sometime between 9 and 5 on a weekday to look at it meaning we were supposed to take time off work at our expensive. It looks like a week design and we are waiting at present for our money back.
