After finding my dream American fridge freezer in a well known electrical retailers shop, i decided to order online. Unfortunately delivery would have been about 3 weeks so i looked on kelkoo and found Appliance City had one in stock and was £100 cheaper! I was apprehensive about ordering as i had not heard of them, but after reading the reviews i decided to take a chance. I have been building a house so have dealt with lots of companies and Appliance City are one of the best. They quoted a one week delivery but when i explained the order was urgent they said they would do their best to deliver a bit sooner. I could not believe it when they rang to say that they could deliver in just a few days. Sure enough the driver rang half an hour before delivery to say they were on their way. They arrived on time and were extremely helpfull and courtious. I was told it would be a one man delivery but was impressed when it was two. I would rate this company as ten out of ten for customer service and will definately be reccommending them as they exceeded my expectations.
