Have for a few months - then say it's 8.8

Pros: None
Cons: It certainly is

Frost free that refuses to defrost itself -
modification fitted after buying Repair warranty
Takes Hotpoint on average 2 weeks to send an engineer
Customer service 'close' complaint when you persist that a design fault requiring a modification is their fault.
Unit turns itself on and off so you don't know what it has been doing and run the risk of food poinsoning
I judge by how errors are dealt with - Hotpoint accept errors occur with their product just not for them to sort out unless you pay.
