    Unreliabe / poor quality

    • Pros: Looks modern, contemporary
    • Cons: Unreliable, not built to last

    Our machine broke down after under two years. Not only do I believe that Hotpoint are producing goods to a substandard quality, but their after-sales service is attrocious. I had three engineer calls over two weeks to fix the most basic of problems and ended up £160 out of pocket.
    Avoid - and look for manufacturers who will at least include a three year warranty with their own products. Read Full Review »
