This was ordered for me as an insurance replacement. I needed a slimline dishwasher that fitted into the housing of my cupboard.

BUT - although I researched it on many websites as recommended by the insurance company, NONE of the pictures I saw showed the machine as it really is.
The pictures all seemed to show a white door which was what I was expecting (like my previous dear old Creda, God Rest Her!)

However when it came, the door was just the stainless steel inner, with no fascia provided. I had to refuse the delivery. I do not have a cupboard door to attach to the machine, and I can't afford to start replacing my kitchen. This is not made clear in ANY of the pictures.

I suggest Hotpoint show Before and After pictures showing the machine prior to fitting and then in place - preferably with a different coloured kitchen to make it obvious that a matching cupboard door has to be provided by the client.
