    Built in obsolescence

    • Pros: Easy to use, reasonable cleaning
    • Cons: Rubbish quality, planned short life, bad company, expensive parts

    The door had a few problems- we ended up having it changed for a new one.
    It was difficult to clean down in its' depths.
    What was incredible was that they put the control panel at the top of the door (quite normal) but they did not have it sealed so when water got in it blew the PCB.

    Not washing up

    • Pros: Easy to fit, quiet running
    • Cons: Many,

    Purchased this as part of a B&Q kitchen 6 months ago. It was the one item which was a disappointment. Connecting to water, drainage and electrics was easy. Fitting the door was more of a pain and eventually achieved by: adding double sided tape to the fittings, putting them in place on the machine, alining the door into the required place, pushing it on to the taped fittings, taking everything off...
