    I got a custom Cluny (with a warming oven and BBQ grill on the side). This took 2 months longer than they said and cost an absolute fortune. They were completely inept and provoked letters to the MD etc etc. Not a great start. When it eventually arrived it was slightly the wrong colour but I could not face more delays so we live with it.
