Useless repair service, non existant customer service

  • Pros: Looks good in your kitchen but so it should for the price.
  • Cons: This is in fact a cheap Indesit cooker in posh clothes.

Have been waiting 3 weeks for an engineer to visit to replace broken thermostat (according to Cannons Literature Merloni Elettrodomestici which includes Cannon indesit Hotpoint Creda AEG) have Europes largest service team)they have made 4 separate apppointments with me only to cancel them on the morning in question because the engineer has gone sick. Apparently Europes largest sevice team only has 1 man working in the whole of the East London Area. I've already lost 3 days pay it would and they have charged me £149 for the priviledge,
