- Pros: Looks good in your kitchen but so it should for the price.
- Cons: This is in fact a cheap Indesit cooker in posh clothes.
Have been waiting 3 weeks for an engineer to visit to replace broken thermostat (according to Cannons Literature Merloni Elettrodomestici which includes Cannon indesit Hotpoint Creda AEG) have Europes largest service team)they have made 4 separate apppointments with me only to cancel them on the morning in question because the engineer has gone sick. - Pros: Looks nice in the kitchen but then so it should for the money it cost.
- Cons: Awful customer care, not very durable.
The thermostat failed on my cooker on Dec 12th I have so far made 4 different appoimtments with Cannon, who according to their lierature have the largest service team in Europe, and each time they have cancelled telling me that their engineer has gone sick, seems funny to me that Europes largest service team only has 1 man working in the whole of East London.
