cannon stratford

We bought the cannon stratford with our new kitchen in February 2005 from curry's. I couldn't wait to get it installed. It was delivered in April 2005. Installed in June 2005 along with the new kitchen. In approx. Nov. 2005 we called an engineer out because the oven door would not close properly and every time the door was closed the pilot light went out. This was repaired. No problems until March 2006, opened the oven door and it promptly fell off. I rang Currys who told me it was out of warranty (1 year). After a hearty discussion reminding them it was not delivered until April they agreed to send an engineer out, but...only inbetween 8-12am or 12-6pm five days later. The telephonist would not allow me to ask for an after 3.30 call due to my work commitments. I will never have a cannon cooker again.
