    Absolute shambles - I would not recommend this company at all. The old adage is true "you pay for what you get". I took a gamble based on the large cost savings but in the end I wish i'd spent the extra money and ordered elsewhere.

I needed the 48 hr delivery service, and having read the FAQ's on their website it appeared that 48 hr courier service was available in my area.     I was very disappointed with the service I received from TAW. The order was delivered without too much hassle but there were no instructions or guarantee and a part was missing. When I tried to get the part delivered quickly to enable my kitchen to be finished I found TAW's customer service very poor. A polite and courteous service, EXTREMELY reasonably priced appliance, extra helpful staff and would most DEFINITELY recommend (in fact, I already have!)
