I ordered a LCD from Dixons, a few days later I realized the product is not exist in their stocks, and called them lots of times to cancel my order, and waited for a few weeks to get money back. Their online stock information is not shows their actual stocks. I ordered from Dixons as they are known as a reputable company but since the company decided to make the Dixons brand an internet retailer it has been terrible to order from. Never again.

Initially appeared a good service but impossible to deal with if the product does not work. I my case 4 broken promises of exchange of faulty product. 8 rs waiting at home for undelivered product. 14 phonecalls. 1 solicitors letter.

Dixons uses multiple businesses to handle orders/delivery/technical problems... etc. This meant every time I called I would be referred to 3 or 4 diff... Read Full Review »

Do not buy from Dixons online, and do not call there product support line or aftersales line,,,,!!!! They are rubbish, i bought a laptop for a client of mine, a young boy and it froze up. Never shop at Dixon's online store. I ordered a washing machine which was delivered at 7.15 am by a really rude, aggressive and bullying guy.
