    THIS FIRM IS TOPS.In April I bought a kettle from 123 Electricals after 9months the lid broke so I rang up the firm and A VERY NICE CURTIOUS MAN answered no problem at all.In less than 24hrs a new kettle was delivered to my door.I did not even have to pay postage!Thank you 123 youare the best yet. Polite and helpful, with accurate information. Ordered at 06.45 on Wednesday, in the house by 12.00 Thursday.
