still waiting since March 2008 for the Free Dyson Car Head cleander offered with Dyson DC21, which was supposed to be delivered after 28 days. Was told 16/05/08 would chase up but no reply to last email reminder sent to customer service. Great prices. No invoice sent had to ask to recieve an invoice, absolute silence untill we called for invoice appologies offered by person on phone which was accepted then was given a delivery date 6 weeks after payment in full, when delivered we specificly asked for 1 hours notice/phone call prior to delivery so we could to be at delivery address, item arrived delivery driver called when he arr... Fantastic service will definately recommend.
I ordered Dyson DC15 thurs am, within an hour the company phoned me to say the product was in stock and would be dispatched immediately to the courier for delivery next day.
As promised it was delivered Friday morning.

I cannot recommend Freenet highly enough; their prices are very competitive and their service is SECOND TO NONE.

I ordered my Dyson DC14 Animal late Thursday everning and, because of my terrible typing, I supplied Freenet with the wrong telephone number. They contacted me by e-mail early on Friday to correct the telephone number and, in spite of that, I received the Dyson early on Monday morning.... Read Full Review »
