Can't compain with that. Everything as ordered.

Excellent service. Call Centre staff very helpful and very easy to get through; honest info given about availability of product; delivery when specificied. Had previously tried Comet who hadnt got stocks of a product their website said they had. Go Electrical had the product and got it to us 2 days after ordering. Read Full Review »

Bought a LCD TV in Jan 07 which developed same fault twice. Shop recommended repair first time, and after a bit of a delay they agreed to exchange it the second time, and gave me a better TV! Overall, slow but fair customer service. Read Full Review »

not at all satisfied , customer care appauling. purchased a Panasonic DMREZ45 DVD COMBI with Freeview at £ 237.00. Item arrived fine , however, we could not get the DVD section of the appliance to work at all. I order a Tivoli iPAL speaker on the 25th of July and i received it on the 29th of July. It was out of stock at the time when i ordered but they were expecting a delivery very shortly when i ordered. Waiting four days is still a good amount of time be waiting.

I typed in a specific code for a tv stand, i was directed to go-electrical web site, requested item displayed with 2 shelves which i ordered (no mention of extra charge for 2nd shelf. Item arrived with one shelf. I called and emailed go-electrical with no satisfaction. Latest email from go-electrical now blaming search engine for error. The toaster arrived okay but was broken

The toaster arrived okay but was broken in the box. Go-electrical said they would sent another and pick up the old one. But in fact they just picked up the old one and then failed to deliver another so I asked for a refund. Hopeless. Read Full Review »
