    Although I ordered my dishwasher through Boots Kitchen Appliances it was dealt with by DRL Ltd. What a mistake for Boots to allow this company to destroy their brand equity.

    I would never recommend anyone order anything from Boots KitchenAppliances as the customer service people have tricked me into having a repair when the item was delivered not fit for purpose and didn't want to refund my monies. An email to confirm the order, an email a day later to confirm the delivery date, a phone call the day before to confirm the delivery the next day and then a call 15 minutes before the delivery on the day that they were on the way.     Unreliable delivery. Their website promises that the driver will phone to confirm delivery is on its way - this did not happen and the goods were not delivered in the delivery slot. Customer services were contacted and said that they would phone back to inform me what was happening. They didn't. I had to cancel my arrangements and wait and see.     You purchase the item on the internet, a washing machine in our case, pay for it by Visa, then they tell you it is not in stock.
    It woould be much better if they could update stock availability on their website before going through with the sale.

    The purchase and delivery process were faultless. Almost too good, in fact, and the number of phone calls confirming my purchase and delivery instructions began to get a touch intrusive.

And despite speaking to him and arranging that I would pick up my children and be back for his arrival - he arrived 9 minutes early and did not have the courtesey to wait.     Far, far too much hassle - take my advice and pay the extra tenner and get it from John Lewis.

    Farcical trying to get a delivery date arranged. Delivery turned up late, dumped the appliance in the middle of the kitchen and didn t uplift my old appliance, so I m now having so chase to get this done.
