    Great service from start to finish and the staff are excellent.
    Bought a Bosch microwave at a great price and it was delivered on time as agreed (as usual!)

I called them to check on delivery time and was told within 7 days - they even checked and told me it was in stock and I'd be contacted in a couple of days to arrange acceptable delivery day.

    Thank you for your review and feedback - it contains some points that we will take on board to ensure we learn lessons from your experience to help other customers.
    In our defence, we were moving warehouse premises that day and trying to manage picks out to customers as well as moving was a challenge to say the least so we apologise that your product missed it's pick that day and subsequently caused you inconvenience.
    However, we will not use this as an excuse and will endeavour to continue to try and improve our service to our customers.

    After reading Kelkoo reviews and with the great price in mind, ordered Sebo X4 extra automatic vacuum. Could not believe when the item ordered at 2pm one day arrived at 11:00am the next. How Fab is that!!!? Sebo is fantastic product, best vacuum I have ever had and it deals effortlessly with cat hairs.
